I thought of that, but are they the only reason he got caught? Someone last night said there was a video of him doing this, but I couldn't find that confirmed anywhere...that would explain a lot.
I hope the proper authorities indeed do have that video. If so, berger is overcooked to burnt through and through!!!!

Now, THAT is interesting. They could have seen him,
and turned a blind eye. However, if there was a
security camera, that is tangible proof of his misdeads.
It could explain the call to Bruce Lindsay, instead of
the FBI.
Someone mentioned on another thread that Lindsay and
Berger were with the 'toon when he testified before
the 9/11 commission. I had forgotten about that.
