Will the same ruling be applied at the rat convention? Aren't demonstrators in Boston going to be limited to a fenced off "Free Speech Area" located on a piece of construction debris covered wasteland far away from the convention hall? And the 'Rats are allowed to take over Midtown Manhattan...
