"Writing 199 years after Tolstoy, the controversial technical analyst Robert Prechter echoes the count..."
Since Tolstoy was born in 1828, the earliest time Prechter could have written his stuff would be 2027. Now, since the article quotes him on financials, could I please have some stock market data from that year (2027)? I believe it could be put to some use.

Tolstoy started writing "War and Peace" 139 years ago. Perhaps the 199 was a typo somewhere in the history of this article.
