What is truly amazing is the deference that the Washington Post makes for Berger. Allegedly, he meant no harm, was just preparing for the 922 Commission and so forth.

Actually, he concealed these documents in his clothes and brief case indicating criminal intent. Further, some of them are still missing and, finally, who actually knows what he took?

The New York Times has a Reuter story on this but nothing else. The whole issue seems front page and needing criminal prosecution. My guess is the Pubbies and this Administration will do nothing and, also, give the RATS a pass. This could be big news and a fatal blow to the Kerry campaign since Berger is one of his principal counselors.

Whose ass was Kerry-advisor Berger trying to cover?
HIs own, or clinton's?
