His testimony before the Commission was while he is under investigation. Let not that point ever be forgotten.

These timelines get very complicated and so ignored by our overloaded brains. While Clinton, Berger and Lindsay sat before the commission, they knew that they had stolen documents from the Archives.

I remember the badgering of Dr Rice by ben Veniste regarding the title of a briefing paper that the cmmissioners wanted her to expose.

Did those commissioners know what Berger had done? I think so. If Berger and Lindsay knew about the investigation, I seriously doubt that they kept that fact from Gorelick and ben Veniste.

We need to replay those appearances to show the hypocrisy. I hope some of the Fox shows will do this as the story unfolds.

Another flashback: Ashcroft being insulted by Biden during his testimorny this spring. It must have taken all the composure of a truly strong man to keep civil.

Yep, and the news article clearly said that the guards notified Lindsay of the missing docs after Berger's handling of them. THEY KNEW!
