Oh, sir! Mr Kerry, sir! I just remembered something else I meant to ask you--it'll only take a minute of your time, if you'll bear with me, I know you're a busy man and all. . .Say, by the way, does that Botox stuff really work? Mrs. Columbo was saying I should try that, but I dunno, I kinda think my wrinkles make me look more dignified. Then I kinda like the wrinkles in my coat, too, and Mrs. Columbo doesn't care for those either, she says I should take it into the dry cleaner, but I don't understand why, it's only been five years since the last time I took it in. . .Anyway, what I was going to ask you was about this VVAW meeting. I was talking to this guy who says he used to be with the VVAW back when you were and he remembers you being at this meeting where there was some talk about assassinating politicians or something like that. So then I did a little checking with the FBI, and they've got a file that says you were there [pulls out brown paper bag with file in it]. That puzzled me because I've got this article here with a statement from your campaign spokesman saying you weren't at the meeting. Could you help clear that up for me--not that you're under suspicion or anything, don't worry, it's just a routine question I have to ask. . .
