"Berger and his lawyer said Monday night he knowingly removed handwritten notes he had made while reading classified anti-terror documents at the archives by sticking them in his jacket and pants. He also inadvertently took copies of actual classified documents in a leather portfolio, they said. "

inadvertently opened the leather portfolio...and inadvertently snuck the documents in the portfolio.
uh....yeah.
Guess he inadvertently had those other notes 'fall' into his pants.

Kinda like Clinton inadvertently had an affair with Monica.

Hey Sandy, here's hoping you inadvertently end up in the slammer.

I can imagine what was on the handwritten notes:

"Osama is soooo overated"

{doodles of big-a$$ Monica in a thong,
Hillary w/ horns, outfitted in S&M leather}

.

"When I was informed by the Archives that there were documents missing, I immediately returned everything I had except for a few documents that I apparently had accidentally discarded," he said.
Sounds like they got the Rose Law Firm Billing Records Treatment

{sound of paper shredder in background}
