Okay, I see nopardons state that they had -video- of him stuffing the papers in his pants.

Then I see Daughter ask "Where?!", and then say "Oh, I see it there in the article."

I read the article, and it says that Berger -admitted- to stuffing his pants with 'em, but I still see nothing in the article that says they caught him actually doing it on video.

Am I still missing something? I went through the whole article twice looking for it, but maybe I'm just being blind.

An actual video showing him doing that would be so absolutely damning on every level that I could actually see serious jail time as a result. The Kool Aid drinkers would find a way to make excuses for him -even with the admission-, but with video too? It would be so over the top trying to protect him under those circumstances (and they just might try anyway, I wouldn't put -any- defense of the indefensible past them) that I can't imagine an independent in the country that wouldn't be nauseated by that much partisanship.

No, you're right...it didn't say that. But when I saw that he admitted having done it, that was enough for me to start celebrating. (I don't know why would he have admitted it if they couldn't prove it.)

From the WND article - he was seen by employees:

National Archives employees told agents they believed they saw Berger place documents in his clothing while reading sensitive Clinton administration papers and that some documents were missing, officials said.
