FBI Probes Clinton Advisor Berger

The officials said the missing documents are highly classified and include assessments of the Clinton administration's handling of millennium terror threats as well as identification of vulnerabilities at airports and seaports.

(CBS/AP) Law enforcement sources tell CBS News that Sandy Berger, who was the Clinton administration's National Security Adviser, is under criminal investigation for mishandling classified information he used to prepare for the 9/11 Commission hearings.

The sources say Berger, who was reviewing documents at the request of former President Clinton, is accused of improperly removing copies of classified documents and handwritten notes he made while viewing materials in a secure room at the National Archives.
