Berger was with Edwards until Kerry won the biggest part of the primaries, which was AFTER his house was searched; so, either Berger didn't tell Kerry what was going on, or Kerry has known this all along.

Has anyone figured out why, since an employee saw Berger stuff papers down his pants, in clear violation of the law and the rules, he wasn't stopped then and there?

With the ties to left wing eco terrorists groups that Taraza Heinz Kerry has with her Tides Foundation, and Kerry's Advisor's doing Perp walks in the coming month's, this is not gonna be a Kodak moment for the Democratic Party...... But with all the coming reports, it's gonna be a "Save As" moment for me :-)

Maybe if Kerry had attended some of those intel briefings, he might have been clued in about his advisor, who has gone from "Kerry's key advisor" to "Kerry's informal advisor" to "former Clinton advisor." By tomorrow he might be called a "former white house advisor" and shortly after that the press might even hint that he's a Republican as they did with Wilson and Clarke.

Now would be an opportune time to let the ever-slipping Kerry slide all the way away and make room for a superhero to step in and save the Democrat Party. Maybe they could nominate someone else at the rat convention- have the delegates vote for Michael Moore. ;-)
