How did he think he'd get away with it?
I've not been here for a few hours and couldn't follow the entire thread but how was he caught?
That's not real clear yet - all I've seen is lots of speculation, with the most plausible being that someone caught Berger on a video tape giving himself a "package enhancement" with top secret documents. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't learn how he was caught for some time - I bet Justice will want to keep the details of the investigation as close to the vest as possible.
I haven't read how they figured it out. But appearently this investigation has been going on for awhile.
Wonder if the missing doccuments will end up being "found" in the archives at Bill's Readin' Room and massage Parlor in Little Rock?
