Are you dense, if you work at a job that requires knowing certain facts that take 10 years to obtain, or you go to college for the same thing....the qualifications are usually equal...except I think the OJT was probably more informative.

As a holder of a college degree myself, I still find that those who have been on the job for years have better experience.
