He admitted on a pulled thread titled "question" that he was from Brussels Belgium.
And he repeatedly typed snotty crap in French.

He asked a brain dead 'question' about the US Constitution and government, and when people answered, he got snotty with them.
He then repeatedly said that he would lead the EU to where 'they' wanted to go nowhere 'we' would 'force them' to.
I'd say he'll be back.
Lately I have seen a few strange, French-speaking users here.
