Why is legislation required to protect a person's freedom in this matter?? Because many employers have a "no guns" policy that infringes upon the Right of their employees to self-defense.

Because many employers have a "no guns" policy that infringes upon the Right of their employees to self-defense. And in most cases, the no-guns policy is required by the employer's scumsucking insurance company. The employer has no choice in the matter.
