IANAL but I'd think that his sworn testimony to the 9-11 commission circus and the Senate Intelligence Committee should be sufficient grounds for a perjury prosecution.

I think John Kerry should be prosecuted. Joe Wilson was working for the Kerry campaign at the time that Wilson changed his story to fit the Kerry agenda. HERE is a link to an old Boston Herald editorial (10/03) that discusses the fact that Joe Wilson was working for the Kerry campaign at the time the "Bush Lied" campaign was begun. Chris Lehane, the infamous campaign dirty trickster was behind the whole thing. Please help me demand that Kerry apologize for this slanderous lie.

Nor did it justify the subsequent White House effort to encourage other reporters to pursue the Valerie Wilson story. The leak was thuggish and possibly felonious. And the Wilsons and others are waiting to see what comes from Fitzgerald's investigation. Hopefully the expansion of the investigation into lying and perjury means the FBI is pursuing Wilson, but I think that's just wishful thinking.

I think Wilson should be prosecuted for TREASON. He intentionally aided and abetted the enemy in a time of war. Perjury isn't good enough.

He should be tried for treason and, if found guilty, executed.
