I think the focus should be:

1)Insure that the current supporters of President Bush get to the polls. Every vote will count. His ads need to remind people that their vote WILL matter.

2)Concentrate on the undecided voters. 45% on the left and 45% on the right aren't going to switch no matter what. The undecided voters don't really care about Vietnam, gay marriage, prison abuse or the 9-11 commission. They DO care about the price of gasoline, taxes and their personal safety. I know alot of these folks. They don't follow the news very closely except for sound bites and visuals. Show President Bush in his flight suit, hammer home how much HAS been done to ensure our safety at home. Simplify the information about how well the economy is doing by focusing on gasoline prices going down, housing, etc. These are things people can really relate to. Even use crime statistics if they show crime is down.

3) The biggest negative for President Bush is the war in Iraq. We need actual CITIZENS from Iraq to be interviewed thanking us for our help. That would make most people feel differently if they thought the people wanted us there. Good news stories with photos would help too.

4)Kerry's biggest negative is his flip flopping. Focus on the fact that he will say whatever it takes to get elected. Stay away from Vietnam and his fortune. Voters already know that politicians are rich. Edward's biggest negative is that he sues doctors. People like doctors and know that their insurance premiums are high b/c of lawsuits.

5)People need to hear the same message over and over and over again. Don't put too many messages out there. Just pick the best ones and hammer them home.

6)Bush/Cheney 2004

Great points!
I hear too many people saying they voted for Bush in the prior election but will not in this election. They are usually pretty pissed about one issue be it immigration or the war, etc. It is usually just ONE issue. People need to realize by not voting for Bush they ARE voting for Kerry!

Other points...I would like to see Bush more aggressive. He needs to push his points and screw the dems for theirs! He doesn't need to back down and play defense. He needs to be on the offense!
When his service record gets brought up (and it will) Bush needs to simply say that he won't go there. He needs to make it clear that he will not belittle whatever service Kerry provided to his country..... he needs to say that he served and America should be proud of that service. Make the dems seem petty for belittling Bush's service.

Bush needs to come out strong for the issues that most American's believe in...no to abortion (In this day and age is this really necessary) no to out of control federal spending, no to gay marriage, etc. Bush knows this issues already. He doesn't need to back down on them! He is the only hope we have to stop the run away liberal judges in this country!! If he wins, he will appoint at least two supreme court judges! Conservatives need to realize this!!! This is extremely important!!

More and more minorities are becomming this countries middle class. They now are saddled with supporting welfare, free health care, etc. for those who refuse to work. This point needs to be out there that the dems are the ones adding more and more people to these programs not helping them to get off them and become productive in society!
