That Scripture is only true if it is truly Christ that's being preached.
The motives of heretics are immaterial. Heretics preach a false Christ.
TBN is wall-to-wall with religious kooks.
The only kooks are the people who send them money.
It is the Holy Spirit that quickens the heart when the word is spoken. It has nothing to do with the preacher. This is the point Paul is making.
If God needed righteous men for His word to go forward we would all be in trouble. Luckily God doesn't rely on mans wisdom as you seem to.
