Gee, I dunno. Is this good enough for you? This picture is 18 months old, the diary was found in early February 2003.

Our ICE and military have secrets that you probably don't want to know. They didn't warn of attacks certainly happening this summer just because they wanted you to become frightened...they know that we have bad guys amongst us.
