Nobody has explicitly claimed responsibility, but Al-Queda has praised the attacks and they have at least hinted at their involvement.
But, if I concede this one, tell me how we ever know who is doing these things. If a group does claim responsibiltiy, I could say they are lying. If no one claims responsibility, I could say that someone did, but the government hid it from us. It is endless. So, what is the source for the truth?
