I don't care what anybody says, there was some really good brainstorming on this thread. The way I look at it, we are the new "Civil Patrol." If we are jittery... well, so what. I have been concerned about a foodborne illness "attack" for years. Look at that link. Look at the onset and symptoms. Can you imagine that across the nation in restaurants, travel industry, institutions, etc. We need to be aware of our surroundings. And what to look for and what to do should we ever need to do something. God help us, I hope we never need this information. It would be silly and stupid not to "brainstorm" these things.
