Loftus says that the material from Libya (that they surrendered) is at Oak Ridge. That nuclear material we flew out of Iraq (Al-Tuwaytha) is at Oak Ridge, recall the complaints from the UN IAEA about us flying it out without their permission. So who then shows up at Oak Ridge? Bush, to give a speech. What is going on at Oak Ridge? Well, the material from Libya will be tested, and the material from Iraq will be also. If they find they have a nuclear "signature" that matches - then that will show that the programs were related, and iraq had an active nuclear program linked to the one surrendered by Libya. Loftus also claims that Libya may have some iraqi nuclear scientists to bolster this.
