You are absolutely right. I just got back from a week's vacation in Neenah, visiting my wife's sister. She is a hardcore RAT, but can't stand Kerry or Edwards and will be voting for Bush. This is four more Wisconsin votes for GWB (her entire family voted for Gore in 2000).

If Wisconsin is a must-have for the 'rats, they could be in a peck of trouble.
