Whoopi Goldberg has a children's show. It has a message board. Do they need to hear from you? I report, you decide.
It's Viacom. Who else pays mega-bucks to liberals? I saw the Whoopi Slim-Fast commercial on CMT two nights ago. We have digital cable FREE for three months. We've programmed out a whole bunch of channels, but I guess there's more that need to go. By the time we're done, there will only be a handful left. Meanwhile, everyone who subscribes to any kind of extended cable pays Viacom to pay these scum who trash our country. Folks were real quick to quit buying Unilever products, but will they cut their cable subscriptions to make the same point?
I think to categorically deny any tv watching to kids is not the way to go. There are some really good shows out there kids can learn a lot from, they just need parents review before, and some coaching as the show plays. Like most things with kids, moderated moderation is the key.
I am happy to hear that Slim-Fast has fired Whoopi Goldberg after her off-color comments re Pres. Bush. I am hoping that you follow suit.
This link, in #15, is great!
I sent a few more declarative missives.
A very good point, petitfour.
Me, I would probably go so far as to dump the cable...the problem would be with my husband and son...no sell there, no way!
Will do.
I tried the link, it says it's only to report problems or suggestions concerning the web site.
Nickoldean.com (or however it's spelled) and nickjr.com are 2 seperate things.
This woopi thing is not a show I have every seen, nor have I ever noticed it on the website (til now)
My daughter is allowed to play on the Nickjr website....but she sticks with Dora, Little Bear, Franklin and Blue's Clues for the most part............and I will be making sure it stays that way........after I, of course register my outrage.
thank you!
Gather all the little kiddies around for Whoopie's new kiddy T.V. show - maybe she'll pull out a doll that shows all the famale genatalia on it - ping.
The link worked fine for me, Ciexzy. Very easy and specifically asking for your comments about 'whatever' (they're gonna get an earful!)
But, if that doesn't work for you, please look at my post #9 and follow those simple instructions at: nickjr.com
Nickelodian is the parent of both isn't it?

Thanks for the link... letter sent!
Bump to keep Whoopi far, far away from children...
must leave the computer for now but, one more BTTT!
It was hard for us to dump it, but we soon found that we were not missing anything. I don't know why the cable company chose us for three months free service, but I find it hard to find anything that I want to watch. We have watched a Nero Wolfe mystery, and we enjoyed that, but we do not even care to watch the cable news channels anymore. I get my news from the internet and radio. The biggest benefit to our family has been for one of our sons who loves baseball. He has been watching baseball games and learning all he can about the sport. So, I guess there has been something good, but that's about it.
Yes - but it's 2 different websites.
