The air marshall will only make themselves known when things get deadly serious
You can't arrest a person for going to the bathroom .. and try profiling and you will have the ACLU screaming civil rights abuse
No you canot arrest someone for going to the bathroom but ssurely you can stop them from going enmasse. I asked why more than one Air Marshall? since when does that happen?
I know we cannot profile but we better figure out away to do it. Did you hear that the Air -Marshalls are to have a dress code? like suits, ties, clean shaven, short hair cuts and etc..isnt that lunacy? Seems they should blend with all the other passengers not stand out like a sore thumb.
