I thought teachers should be concerned with more important issues. Like educating our children rather than worrying about their pro socialist unions position on the war.
The Kerry/Edwards current ticket is literally textbook, in this case from the Encyclopedia:
"The candidate has become relatively unimportant as long as he can be properly managed. The candidate must be bright enough to handle the material furnished him, but not too intelligent, because there is always the danger that an intelligent candidate may come up with unpopular or controversial ideas of his own, and thereby destroy a carefully contrived campaign strategy."
Notice the ill-concealed un-easiness during the Kerry/Edwards interview on 60 minutes - each candidate was clearly worried about verbal gaffes, and it's only going to get better.
