For generations, it's been illegal to engage in lewd behavior in the public square. Have such laws even come close to threatening people's right to pray or read the Bible in the public square?Have you through all the discussion of "hate speech" laws and the near-constant fight the ACLJ has with school administrators and other public officials about voluntary prayer?

Have you through all the discussion of "hate speech" laws and the near-constant fight the ACLJ has with school administrators and other public officials about voluntary prayer? And what's the connection between that and decency laws? Other than the fact that the same people who are trying to clamp down on prayer are largely opposed to decency laws?
Are you honestly suggesting that laws against lewdness in the public square endanger our freedom of speech and religion in the public square?
