The latest John Kerry campaign commercial features John Edwards challenging anyone who questions Kerry's war record to talk for 3 minutes to anyone who served with him. This morning, Brian Craig of the Steve Kane radio show, took up this challenge with DEVASTATING results. It's one of those things that just has to be heard to be believed. Craig played a 3 minute clip of an interview with Larry Elder who served with Kerry in Vietnam.
So? The Kerry-Heinz connection also is not a relationship; it also is a union for political purposes only. And this is what comes through in their interactions with each other as well.
Yup! Brian Craig called it a "Gary Hart moment."
I'm not sure if the speaker was Larry Elder. Maybe the guy talking was on the Larry Elder show.
Probably.
In an interview w/Couric this morning, Edwards had the nerve to comment on the high cost of health insurance for Americans.
Did she say anything to him about his part in that?
Couric didn't directly ask about his and other lawyers being responsible for the high cost of health insurance. Or tort reform. She did make the point that many doctors had opted out of medicine because of their high insurance rates. I was surprised at how aggressive she was in the interview. (Definitely attacking...w/a smile.) The 2nd part of the interview will be on tomorrow's show.
Well, he does seem very smarmy. I think its clear that Kerry picked him just for political reasons. He's an empty suit liberal-voting pol-lawyer but makes a pretty picture. That will draw in some arousal-gappers.
But I can't stand Edwards' hypocrisy. He keeps talking about "The Two Americas", but look which one he's in. He keeps talking about being for "The Little Guy", but he sues "The Little Guy"'s employer out of business to make his millions, then buys multimillion-dollar beachfront properties and houses in gated communities. How is that being "for the little guy"?
But, then again, this is so much preaching to the choir. The sheeple and media will give Edwards a pass, as always, because he looks good and talks well and, most of all, he's a 'Rat. Hypocrisy among the 'Rats, that's old news, a non-starter...
He said, "Now, Opie, I don't like the way you've been staring at Miss Krump, and I want you to cut it out, right quick. Ya hear?"
LOL So I fell for a joke, huh? Andy Taylor is common enough name. UGHHHH I wish I could keep up with you smart(a**) ones.
My assumption was that the Andy Taylor mentioned was a legitimate name. But Mom always said "Never vote for a liberal, and never pass up an opportunity to make a wisecrack."
(Hoping that Mombonn doesn't chime in with a "When did she ever say that, you idiot??!!) ;^)
