I don't like his stance on firearms, but I do respect his honesty, and I think that he is less likely to be corrupted than most politicians. Unfortunately, that works against him, just like it worked against Ventura in Minnesota.

Hehe. I wanna see Ditka put a linebacker's shoulder block on Daschole.

The guy's just a football coach. I really don't get his qualifications.
But, he can't be any less qualified than Hillary Clinton. Even Midget Ditka is more qualified than her.

(May karma come back to the presstitutes and Rats in a material way.....)
The Founding Fathers made it so every average citizen could serve in any government capacity and then return to their vocation when done. Somewhere along the way, we have been convinced that you have to be a lawyer or scholar to hold a government position. GO Ditka.
Who would win, Ditka for Senate, or a Hurricane named Ditka?
To: buzzyboop
To be qualified to represent your state you should be able to express what they want.
I feel qualifications need to be raised for executive branch but if Ditka can get a good staff around him that will advise him, why not?

The guy's just a football coach. I really don't get his qualifications. Qualifications???? This country was meant to be run by ordinary men. Experience as a policitician just means you are more likely to be corrupt. What a person values, their character and their work ethic is what really matters.
To: buzzyboop
This means a press conferance in about an hour ?

Be still my beating heart.
I heard 6,000 people had signed petitions within hours yesterday to have him run.
