In these days of global news, I hate it when it takes me visiting an advertiser of a website just to figure out what City/State/Country they are talking about.
After all, how many outhouses are still left in the USA? I imagine there's not all that many left.

It was a 'portable' outhouse.
They are big business. (no sh#t)
Portable outhouses can be found at fairs, parades, construction sites, etc. Anywhere they might need a temporary toilet.

Last time I used a "real" outhouse was in 1975. A buddy had a relative that lived in a commune in upstate NY. We crashed
for a night to ski at White Face the next AM.
Outhouses in the Adirondacks in the winter are no fun.
Probably kept the smell and flies down, though.
