well, everything else aside. the technology used to detonate the bomb dropped on hiroshima was not tested. it was the nagasaki bomb that was tested.

I'm still amazed by the fact that we had the bomb in 1945. In 60 years, a relatively small number of nations have been able to even develop ONE weapon. Same goes for television guided weapons in the 40's. Astounding what we were able to do then.

That being said, if you can't build one, stealing one or paying for one is a good substitute.

I don't buy this guy though.

That's interesting. If 'Fat Man' was a plutonium bomb, what was 'Little Boy?' Or what made it different from the Trinity device?
