IPW has started a new gallery featuring poster-style artwork by our artist, Linda Eddy As with our political cartoons, we'd like to see these used to promote conservative causes. [NOTE: a photo of this young Afghanistan girl is posted on a thread on Free Republic]

Thank you, Linda.
I am simply in awe of your talent.
Yep. That one's hitting my email list, too.
I really hate war but I truly hate oppression more. I am so proud of the fact that we have set these people free via American Hero's. GOD Bless our Military and GOD Bless the military of all the countries that have helped set these people free. They are all HERO'S !!
OMG, the President was i Waukesha Wisconsin this AM and was talking about Afghan girls going to school -- specifically! I was standing not 6 feet away and got some nice pictures of him. If I had the means (someone to host) I'd post them of FR, but for now they are in my digital camera!
But he spent a couple of minutes on this topic -- REALLY -- and I haven't heard anyone talk about it since the last State of the Union.
BTW, his welcome was enthusiastic and raucus. he spoke for over an hour in the hot sun. I was in the front row, and he shook my hand 3 times -- one hand first and then both hands. I said that I'd been to his Inauguration, and he said, "Come back again -- mayber the weather will be nicer." It drew a big laugh from everyone around me. The diet starts TODAY. I'm going to DC in january!
That is the most beautiful poster -- is there any way that we can print this off for rallies? Perfectly gorgeous work.
I think that's a great idea!!
Don't worry; your words expressed it perfectly (or EggsAckley, to put it more accurately!) We have an opportunity to see what doing the right thing means in the lives of people we will never meet. I think of all the people who are grateful to be freed from Communism because of Ronald Reagan, and now all the people who are freed from the tyranny of the Taliban, al Qaeda, Saddam and his assorted Baathists, Charles Taylor in Liberia, and even Khadafi (sp?) because this President says what he means and means what he says. Linda's gorgeous art reminds us that little girls in Afghanistan are now free to have the world opened to them through learning. (Okay, searching for more Kleenex now.)
Excellent! These posters need to be slapped up on phone booths around NYC.
Thanks for the ping OxeninFLA
bttt
Now that's a very loud statement. Too bad the lame stream media won't cover it.
Should be plastered on every billboard.
You're just AMAZING !
God Bless You.
Yep. And there's some of that in the movie. It's devastating.
Beautiful, and well done, IPWGOP. I saw the original photograph on the cover of Investor's Business Daily, and you managed to re-capture it all wonderfully.
Did you know that your poster is now displayed on this website?

Wow! Thanks for letting me know!!
Here's a Bump to sort of reactivate the thread. Perhaps it will inspire posters for those going to Boston.
