That is indeed so if sufficient resources are not allocated to cover the ENTIRE border, which requires political courage. This is merely a case wherein U.S. sovereingty is temporarily enforced on a segment of the border to mollify the locals. It does nothing to address the larger issue -- will politicians enforce our immigration laws or leave that decision to La Raza?
