I'm a brittle diabetic and can't have but a couple of bites of ice cream, and if it is very sweet and/or contains chocolate, my body says a very firm "NO WAY!!" and speedily "rejects" it..:(

Sistah, can't you now eat the low carb ice cream made with Splenda? That's what I eat all the time and it's better than the regular ice cream. Edy's makes a chocolate mint that is really good. And Bryers makes several flavors that are good.
