"human rights are more important than property rights" ?How can you have human rights without property right? Property can be as much as a tooth-pick or a kingdom. So what are they trying to say?

In the Marxist wordview, which these sorts adhere to, ALL property belongs to "the State", a term which they oh-so-cleverly never really get around to defining, although you can be prosecuted, incarcerated, indeed, even executed for comitting crimes against, or being an enemy of. They don't dare tell you that their mythical "State" consists of nothing more than an updated version of Midieval robber barons, and that their "new order" is nothing more than "might makes right", all over again...
