Unhhh, wouldn't they then be called the Southern Lights? :-)

Cultural evidence suggests the shift is further along than 10% - 15%.

Having a dramatic-traumatic-thematic impact on the average earth-person's psyche and without any known cure.
Soon to be [OK, millions of years..] subject of the Earth aND (near) Solar system (ENDS) Center for Disease Control studies and huge piles of Federation [salute here] money to find a cure...
