Whoah! Now this is some good, good stuff that the RNC needs to pick up on. This reflects pure incompetence and ignorance about the nature of intelligence and its limits. The RNC needs to also add that whatever deficiencies there are with intelligence lie mainly at the feet of the dems who starved it, walled it and beat the crap out of it over the years.

They will. I just posted that we have precedent with the Kerry saying he met with foreign leaders bit. President Bush himself mentions it--even to this day from time to time.
