They may. But one judge doesn't make the law, no matter how many people rant about "black robed tyrants."
Go ahead. Try to subvert the process, or play a political game, whichever is your goal. But don't pretend it is conservative, because it is not.

Just exactly like the abortionists did the day that the Partial-birth abortion law became effective. That same day we saw federal judges in Lincoln, Nebraska, San Francisco, and New York issue an injunction against the new law.
