My problem with third parties is that they all appear blind to the importance of getting seats in state legislatures and congress - preferring to spend all of their limited resources on running a presidential campaign. That's not the way to build a realistic alternative. At htis stage of their development, neither the Constitution Party or the Libertarians should be running a candidate for president. They should be woring in states like Illinois, where the RINO-controlled Republicans put up a candidate for senate who self-destructed (surprise), and voters are left with a Dhimmicrat abomination who will likely be elected wthout significant opposition.

The RINOs are such utter traitors that they would prefer to foreit a senate seat than allow the conservative who was seond in the primary replace their golden boy who went down in flames.

I totally agree. I don't see why the constitution or libertarian parties don't put all thier effortsinto getting a single block of Reps. in a single legislature like Texas, Oklahoma, or SC to make a statement.
