My idea of negotiation would be to declare Fallujah an "extermination zone", whereby after 48 hrs notice of evacuation, by prescribed routes, the entire city will be anihilated by -- in the interest of fiscal prudence for OUR sake -- FAE's. This to exterminate the vermin, yet to leave the soil available for law-abiding citizens.
Good idea. I hope the new Iraqi government goes for it.
