No, they are all to blame; Hutchinson just gets more of the blame for breaking to the pressure, when he didn’t have to.
I.E, IOW, you put more blame on the hypothetical Fireman(Hutchinson) who has a ton of litle fires to put out, rather than the people who purposely start the fires(Baca and the demos).
