Are there two kinds??? I'm not sure what kind I've had--it was like pie dough with finely chopped beef and vegetables, folded over and baked. We got them fresh in Iron Mountain. And we've had some frozen ones, too, and I've actually tried making them myself...

So what's the difference, between a Finnish and a Cornish, eh?

Think it's the bagies. The Cornish version appears to use turnips, instead. There's other differences, however.
