Well you are not quite right on this one. The best solution is impeachment of a Justice. What is an impeachable offense is determined by Congress, but we all know that is not going to happen. So another option has to be considered. There are past instances where a Pres. ignored a ruling. It is risky but it has been done. Lincoln did it but I remember in school learning about one case in the 20th century where the Pres. ignored a high court ruling. I wish i could remember the issue or the Pres. We have lots of Hx buffs here maybe someone else has a better memory.
