To: Military Chick

There are plenty of reasons for Conservatives to be upset with the Bush administration. The Iraq war is definitely NOT one of them. Anyone who doesn't support this war is no Conservative and most likely un-American.

That's not entirely true. We could have stopped Iraq from doing anything militarily with just our airpower. Anything even remotely deemed militarily offensive in nature could have been taken out at a moments notice. We could have eliminated Saddam and his two boys without putting one single soldier on the ground in Iraq.

I for one support the war totally. Anyone else ready for Iran or Syria/ I stand ready to be convinced, but your position is dead wrong, no ifs ands or buts. Almost every war had disinters in this country. Vietnam did not invent the notion. You should look deeper as to their reasons before you conclude the above statement. I know several rock solid conservatives who dislike the war. I disagree with them and it bothers me but their reasons are not Un-American. I save that opinion for the college professor or his students who protest for the grade points.
