And this explains:

1. Why Blair, GWB and Cheney haven't backed down

2. Why Saddam didn't worry about the inspectors, but hasseled them enough to make them think he WAS hiding stuff

3. There was never anything in Iraq to really find but the missiles.

4. Which were the final step.....develop the WMD outside the country, Dupe the French, Germans and Russians to stall the sanctions, unaware that Saddam was building the WMD in Libya.

5. Import the WMD and fire them out on his missiles.

If Saddam had no WMD, why was he providing training to the terrorists in use of biological and chemical weapons?

"It accepted the agency's view that the "most problematic area of contact between Iraq and Al Qaeda" involved reports that Iraq had provided training in the use of unconventional weapons, specifically chemical and biological weapons. President Bush and other administration officials repeatedly mentioned such training in building the case for the war."

If you are starting a Libya/Iraq file, read this 1998 report by the U.S. House of Representatives Task Force on Terrorism and Unconvential Warfare:

The Iraqi WMD Challenge - Myths and Reality"

Was it just a coincidence that Qadaffi/Libya announced they would abandon their WMD programs (12/19/2003) within a matter of days of the capture of Saddam Hussein (12/14/2003)?

Did I read in here one time that an Iraq family got cancer from moving around WMD and they would talk as soon as Saddam was captured? Did anybody ever read this story?

This is blockbuster news and explains why Blair, GWB and Cheney have held fast and hard....

We know he had them. They wouldn't just disappear into the holographic grid because the democrats willed them to.
I figured we'd eventually find them, hoping it didn't happen too late to get the truth out.
They're somewhere, and this will help a lot. It will validate everything.

Was Bush just handing the democrats their last foot of rope?
My husband is a real straight arrow, and not one for any type of conspiracy theory, not even about democrats. He says Bush is good - very good. He says Bush will mop the floor with them, and they'll not even know what hit them. He says, no doubt, Bush is already planning the 2008 set up. He's miles ahead of them.

We couldn't stand city after city evaporating by nuclear weapons

Both social theory and political theory came to an end following Sputnik. Everybody became hedons.

The answer? What is the question?

As with all WMD finds, the Mainstream Media will ignore this.

To their own peril. Eventually, the WMD information will reach critical mass, and it will not be possible to ignore. Note that there has yet to be a final report, of sorts, from the Iraqi Survey Group hunting for WMDs. The media has run with a few off the cuff comments from David Kay, completely ignoring his interim report which pointed out that Saddam had the infrastructure, the expertise, the growth media and precursor chemicals, and the will, to have an active bio- and chemical weapons program. It looks as though we may be poised for some major disclosures: The expected British report this week confirming that the intelligence was good that Saddam tried to obtain Nigerian uranium; also this week, Bush's visit to the national lab in Tennessee which is now the respository of two metric tons of nuclear material discovered in Iraq; Libya apparently prepared to spill the beans on Saddam...and they may, in order to save their own necks since they were complicit in assisting Saddam on his nuclear program; information to come out during Saddam's trial; and a final report from the ISG tying all of the information together. There's another possibility...intelligence confirming that Iraq's WMDs successfully made it into Syria on April 5th, and in fact had been steadily shipped into Syria long before the war. It was on April 5, 2003, that Saddam was to give a major address from his "undisclosed location" of a major ground offensive against the Coalition. That speech and the offensive never materialized. What Russian intelligence reported, however, is that on that night Republican Guard troops, along with troops from the regular army from the Tikrit area, made their way to the Syrian border. The troop movements included, according to the Russian intel, 300 tanks, one hundred multiple-barrel rocket launchers -- many of which had chemical warheads -- and other Iraqi weapon systems including Iraq's entire WMD arsenal. The reason no WMD production facilities have been found in Iraq is that virtually all production capabilities for bio- and chemical weapons were moved to Syria and Sudan between 1996 and 1998 (Clinton's infamous bombing of the Sudanese asprin factory was based on this intelligence; the factory was likely making dual-use chemicals). In the summer of 2002, the rest of Saddam's chemical weapons production capabilities were shipped to Iran. The reason for moving production out of Iraq is simple -- the UN weapons inspection resolutions applied only to Iraq...move the production capabilities to allied Muslim nations, and the UN teams would have nothing to find. (See Yossef Bodansky's new book, THE SECRET HISTORY OF THE IRAQ WAR, and the International Strategic Studies Association website for more information.)

The media's and the left's biggest weapon against Bush have been that he "lied" about Iraqi WMD. It's pretty clear the CIA failed in its prewar intelligence, but since the war, the Coalition has been putting the real story together. They've sat on a lot of information, probably to get air-tight confirmation before releasing it, but it is due to be made public at some point. We may be on the verge of that info going public.

Qadaffi probably figured Saddam would spill his guts, so he might just as well cough up the info first to save his own butt.
