I think it's just a coincidence...
Abu = Father / Nidal = Struggle (Father of Struggle/Father of the Struggle)
bin = Son / Laden appears to be a just a personal name (son of Laden).
The closest word I know to 'Laaden' is 'Ladn/Lidaan' which translates to (soft, supple, pliable, etc.).
I think it's just a coincidence too, but it's still a sort of interesting one.
