Boycott SlimFast's filthy mouthed spokesperson, Whoopi

July 9, 2004 -- Whoopi Goldberg delivered an X-rated rant full of sexual innuendoes against President Bush last night at a Radio City gala that raised $7.5 million for the newly minted Democratic ticket of John Kerry and John Edwards. Waving a bottle of wine, she fired off a stream of vulgar sexual wordplays on Bush's name in a riff about female genitalia, and boasted that she'd refused to let Team Kerry clear her material.

"I Xeroxed my behind and I folded it up in an envelope and I sent it back with a big kiss mark on because we're Democrats - we're not afraid to laugh," she said.

If any of you are offended by Whoopi Goldberg's disgusting and outrageous remarks at John Kerry's fundraiser the other night, please boycott SlimFast products and write them to let them know how you feel about her as a spokesperson.

I think you provided Slimfast's link on another thread. Took advantage of it, and here's my message to them:

Just writing to say that if Woopi remains spokesperson for your product, my entire family will no longer use any of your products.

There are plenty of competitors out there whose products taste and work as well as Slimfast products.

I always thought of Slimfast as a wholesome company, and I know Whoopi became spokesperson before her recent vulgar rant, but it is now up to you to make certain she doesn't infect your products image with the same vulgarity.

Here is my letter to Slimfast:

After hearing about Whoopie Golberg and her vulgar, disrespectful and insulting words about the United States President, at a partisan Democratic fundraiser, I question her ability to represent Slim-fast.

If she continues to represent your product I will stop buying it immediatly. Iwill findish the two cans of powder I have and find alternative products.

Realize that when Goldberg insults our President, particlarly in such a vulgar fashion, she alienates half the country....can Slimfast really afford to lose half of their potential market?

I was thinking of trying SlimFast, not because of a weight problem, but more for a lack of appetite. Oh well, they have store brands that are probably the same thing at a more reasonable price.
