General advice is to mail ballots as early possible lest Demorats succeed in their plan to disqualify "late" military votes as they attempted to do in 2000. Sure they want to count every vote.

Yep, those dern Liberals demanded that the military ballots were postmarked on or before election day. As if our men at war have time to vote on time.
