Ok fill me in on the Chenney flap,I missed it.
As I'm learning from this thread, I am not entirely well-versed on the incident. But, I'll give it a shot. Basically, Leahy ripped into Cheney all day when Cheney was appearing before the Senate, and then Leahy came up to Cheney afterward and tried to act like Cheney was his good friend. Cheney decided he didn't want any part of that phoney crap, so he told Leahy to either "f- yourself" or "f- off," depending on which version of the story you read. I thought Cheney was overheard saying this, but from this thread, it sounds like Leahy ran to the media.
Obviously, not a real flap, but that's why I put that word in quotations.
