Whether or not it's exactly what Dick Cheney said, someone should have told Patrick Leahy that a long time ago, and more than once.
I agree completely, and I rest in the thought that many have. ;)
Perhaps it just wasn't newsworthy at the time, or the moronic Leahy kept his socialist mouth shut about it.
