The one thing Enron wanted Bush to do was to impose CO2 limitations which would have significantly boosted the value of Enron's natural gas holdings. The Bush administration refused to limit CO2 which made the Rats go into spasms and screwed Enron big time.

The Bush administration refused to limit CO2 which made the Rats go into spasms and screwed Enron big time. Oh no, it's far worse than that. Enron was a big trader in the electricity market; everyone knows that. What fewer people know is that it had spent millions of dollars setting up an operation to trade greenhouse gas credits, the guts of the Kyoto Accords. It had planned to dominate the world market in trading those credits between all the various industries and companies and Bush blew them out of the water.

Apparently none. While Ken Lay was friends with Dubya's father, Lay contributed to the alcoholic female Governor from Texas Ann Richards instead of Bush.
